David A. Collins is a native of Charleston who joined AMS in 2004 after practicing law for 17 years as a partner at Smith & Collins, North Charleston. Collins obtained his law degree at the University of South Carolina after undergraduate work at Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, VA. He is a member of the Charleston County Bar, South Carolina Bar, and Federal Communications Bar Association.
Outside interests include officiating high school football games.
