Danny is responsible for oversight of all financial and tax matters of the Company and its affiliates. He has been associated with the broadcast industry for twelve years and joined AMS in 2004 after more than twenty years of public accounting practice. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, South Carolina Association of CPAs, Florida Institute of CPAs, Federal Communications Bar Association and the National Association of Valuation Analysts . He is a graduate of Charleston Southern University.
