Fowler is well known in the industry, having served as Senior Director of Affiliate Relations for ABC Radio Networks in Dallas from 1995 to 2002 and President/CEO of Quorum Radio Partners, owner of seven stations, in 2003.
In these positions, Todd amassed a terrific number of contacts with station and group owners and managers. His experience in station ownership has prepared him to view transactions from the owners' perspective.
Fowler is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
