Project Engineer
Don Lynch, a 28-year radio veteran, joined American Media Services in 2006 as a project engineer in the company's developmental engineering division. Lynch's career includes more than 20 years of working on station developments and upgrades. He founded Horizon Broadcast Solutions, LLC in 2003, to develop new clients seeking broadcast technical improvements. Prior to that, he had also owned and managed stations in Texas, Arkansas and Missouri. Under his leadership, Zimmer Radio Group grew from one station to seven and became the dominant radio group in mid-Missouri. Lynch had been a contributing developmental engineer for AMS for over a year from his base in Missouri. A native of Columbia, Missouri, Lynch studied journalism at the University of Missouri.
