As Director of Engineering, Frank heads our full-service technical department. Based at AMS/Chicago, Frank is a national leader in broadcast engineering, especially the field of maximizing station coverage performance. He is a frequent contributor to radio trade publications and a co-developer of software for development opportunities. Frank has an extensive resume in broadcasting, including engineering management positions with ABC Radio, Gannett Broadcasting, and AMFM, Inc. (now Clear Channel Communications). He attended Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
