AMS offers assistance in the listing and sale of radio broadcast properties through an extensive marketing program as well as evaluation of stations and groups. AMS' radio brokerage division is the fastest growing brokerage company in the U. S. The division began 2006 with a strong first quarter, coming on the heels of a record-breaking 2005 for the company. During 2005, AMS brokered transactions worth a total of $57.5 million, bringing the total in the past five years to more than $150 million. The ability to provide financial insight, management know how, and ownership experience gives our clients a unique edge, whether they are selling or buying radio broadcast properties.
