DAVIDSON MEDIA GROUP, LLC, ANNOUNCES

Davidson Media Group, has agreed to purchase WTMT-AM/WTSZ-FM radio, in Louisville, Kentucky, for $2,100,000.00 according to Peter Davidson, President of Davidson Media Group.

The stations were sold by LB Radio of Louisville, LLC; Jefferson Broadcasting Company, Inc.; and Metro East CBC, Inc. American Media Services, of Charleston, South Carolina, represented Davidson Media Group in this transaction.

"This transaction is indicative of a positive beginning for 2006, and we think this year will eclipse the record-breaking year we had in 2005," said Todd Fowler, President of Brokerage for AMS. "As we reach the halfway point of the first quarter of 2006, we are right where we anticipated we would be." AMS is the fastest growing brokerage company in the U.
