AMSi and All Comedy Radio Announce Alliance
June 30, 2008

CHARLESTON, S.C. & LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AMSi, the digital affiliate of American Media Services of Charleston and All Comedy Radio, the Hollywood-based radio network and content supplier today announced a marketing alliance. Under the multi-year agreement, AMSi will represent All Comedy Radio (ACR) in the areas of station affiliation, revenue generation and marketing of ACR’s new digital products and content.

β€œWe’re delighted to add ACR’s great mix of comedy programming and content to our list of marketing partners,” said Andy Whatley, President for AMSi. β€œThey have developed compelling turn-key programming for HD-2 stations and have content ready for new-era digital distribution.
